- The market acceptance of our products and services is the most important indicator for the appraisement of the customer satisfaction.
- This indicator is continuously controlled by our customer order processing.
2. Identification, innovation, entrepreneurial action of our personnel
- Our employees are our most important factor of success!
- The development of our company depends on the innovative capacity of our employees. We encourage our employees to take part actively in this development with their ideas and their suggestions for improvement.
- At his/ her workplace, each employee must have the necessary freedom to ensure the long-term success of the company with his/ her own initiative, willingness to make decisions, sense of responsibility, quality and cost awareness.
3. Long-term orientation of our company
- Our aim is a projected, controlled and market-orientated growth!
- In the medium term, we would like to design our own line of products in order to be able to react independently and flexibly.

- Each employee has got the right and the duty to gather the necessary information he/ she needs for completing his/ her duties.
- On the contrast we expect each employee to forward necessary information to his colleagues or superiors.
- Our aim is to be on respectful terms with each other and our customers and suppliers.

- We want to have a balanced number of capable and fair business associates
- Our suppliers must be integrated cooperatively in our business processing.
6. Permanent improvement of our management system
- Our management system must be controlled regularly by our company management in regard to its efficiency and conformity.
- We understand it as our duty to improve our QM-system and our processing permanently!
- Our corporate culture is affected by open-mindedness and dialogue. We do not want to find culprits but we are keen to recognize our weak points and try to improve them.
