After more than 20 years of experience in producing various jigs, we now produce our very own jig, which is universally applicable. Contrary to typical jigs the roXbo-jig can be used for several types of bindings. The roXbo-jig system consists of a main frame, a special clamping mechanism and a flexible system that supports the different drilling patterns. A special app helps to match the right plate to the binding.
The roXbo-jig system not only prevents defectives, but is also space-, time-, and cost-saving - our clients can save up to 50 %. Furthermore, it is far more ecologically sustainable than conventional jigs.
Therefore, the magazine "M&T Metallhandwerk und Technik" awarded the roXbo-jig system with the Precision Mechanic Award 2020 for its innovative technology.
